Training Terms and Conditions - Online Training

1. Course Fees

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless your organisation has been approved for credit. All training must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express for our online courses. Contact us to request other forms of payment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

QMS Audits safeguards all fees paid by students. Students are eligible for a full refund providing the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been accessed. Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for name change are to be made in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

3. Transfers

Requests for name transfers can be arranged if QMS Audits is advised in writing by sending an email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and providing the course has not been accessed.

4. No Shows

If a student does not access a course within 3 months, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.
